About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated TCM Physician to provide personalised care through Traditional Chinese Medicine. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in TCM principles, sound clinical judgement and a patient-centred approach.
We welcome applications from qualified physicians at different career stages, including fresh graduates with the required practising certificate.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct patient consultations and assess medical history, symptoms and health concerns.
Develop personalised treatment plans based on TCM principles and each patient’s needs.
Provide appropriate TCM treatments within your qualifications and authorised scope of practice.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Explain treatment options and provide guidance on diet, lifestyle and preventive care.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
Uphold professional standards, patient safety and hygiene requirements.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent, quality patient care.
Job Requirements
Possess a recognised qualification in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Hold a valid TCM practising certificate recognised by the relevant regulatory authority in the country of employment.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of TCM principles and clinical practice.
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Show empathy, professionalism and a commitment to patient care.
Experience:
Junior TCM Physician: Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
Senior TCM Physician: Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience.
Fresh graduates: Applicants with the required practising certificate may also be considered.
