Yong Kang Cross Border Training - Deep Heat Fomentation

As part of our ongoing commitment to professional development and excellence in TCM, our physicians recently participated in an intensive cross-border training programme with Chongqing Shaolintang, one of China’s renowned TCM institutions.

Our physicians had the invaluable opportunity to learn directly from the masters in the traditional art of deep heat fomentation therapy — a specialised treatment technique that requires precise temperature control and skilled application. This intensive programme focused on achieving effective, safe, and accurate handling of the technique — a treatment known to relieve severe chronic body aches, reduce nerve pain, and ease menstrual discomfort and women’s “cold” conditions, promoting the body's natural healing processes.

By engaging in such advanced learning opportunities, Yong Kang TCM continues to invest in the upskilling of our physicians, ensuring they stay at the forefront of evolving TCM practices. This continuous pursuit of knowledge allows us to provide our customers with more effective, evidence-informed, and personalised treatment experiences that reflect both heritage and modern clinical standards.

"Nothing Out Of Reach": SEA Bouldering League 2024

The SEA Bouldering League aims to raise the standard of Bouldering, and promote the sport of Bouldering around the region.
