We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Trainer. The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in TCM principles, coupled with expertise in delivering effective training programs for healthcare professionals. As a TCM Physician/Therapist Trainer, you will be instrumental in enhancing the clinical and therapeutic skills of practitioners through targeted training initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, design, and implement specialized training programs for TCM physicians and therapists.

  • Create engaging and interactive training materials tailored to the specific needs of the participants.

  • Integrate hands-on exercises and case studies to enhance real-world application.

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably Bachelor's Degree in TCM or equivalent related qualification.

Assistant Outlet Manager

Job Description:

- At all times, to keep the store organized, clean, and attractive to customers.

- To oversee the store sales team and other staff members. This includes supervising employees, delegating tasks, evaluating employee performance, managing staff problems, and designing work schedules.

- Oversee the clinic’s inventory by maintaining stock and purchasing new supplies as needed

- To greet incoming customers, answer phone calls, and address customer complaints. When customers are ready to check out, assistant outlet managers supervise the cashier to complete sales and collect payments.

- To achieve assigned target and goals set by company.

- Ensure cohesive and harmonious working environment at all level in order to achieve Staff Retention rate

 

Job Requirements:

- At least 1 year proven experience in managing a clinic/beauty salon or similar role

- Knowledge of the best practices for running a clinic

- Ability to handle customers' requests and complaints with grace

- Sales oriented and customer focus

- Professionalism, independent and initiative with strong self-motivation

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Mandarin

TCM Physician/ Senior TCM Physician

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meet with patients to obtain information about their complaints, symptoms, medical history, diet, lifestyle, and psychological health in order to diagnose diseases, physiological disorders or injuries.

  • Develop personalized TCM treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.

  • Provide TCM treatments such as acupuncture, cupping, Bojin, AWT treatment.

  • Prescribe and prepare customized herbal remedies to support patients' healing.

  • Educate patients about suitable treatment options to achieve optimal outcomes.

 

Job Requirement:

  • Completion of a three-to four-year diploma or degree program in traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture from recognized medical schools;

  • Experience in orthopedics is a valued asset;

  • Experience in treating pain using cupping and herbs is an asset;

  • Have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills and are able to build long-term relationships with customers;

  • Be able to effectively work and communicate with other practitioners in a team environment

  • Able to work retail hours

Therapist

Job Responsibilities:

  • To assist physicians in attending to patients

  • Hands-on experience in administering treatments including cupping, moxibustion and therapy treatment

  • Explaining wellness treatments to customers and recommend appropriate treatments

  • Ensure turnover and tidiness of treatment beds, towels and equipment

  • Ensuring general clinic cleanliness and harmonious

  • Attentive to customer's need at all times

  • Perform administrative duties as required

 

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates must be diligent and be willing to learn

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience

  • Good customer service skills

  • Good communication skills

  • Well-groomed, hygienic, and presentable at all times

  • Able to communicate and explain treatment in the language understood by the customer

  • Basic computer knowledge and skills

Delivery Driver cum Handyman

Job Description:

  • Permanent Position: Delivery man/ Handyman

  • Working hours: Mon - Fri (8.30AM - 6PM)

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of delivering materials or equipment to various company outlets in Singapore

  • Includes Picking and Packing, as well as Loading and Unloading duties.

  • Involved in receiving of incoming goods, data entry and keeping track of stocks

  • Perform simple ad hoc handyman tasks as required at company outlets

  • Any other tasks as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

  • Physically fit, Positive attitude

  • Strong sense of responsibility and good team player

  • Class 3 Driving License

  • Willing to work OT when required
