General Terms and Conditions of Vouchers

Payment and Delivery

  • 1. All payment are accepted through paypal website. You need not be a member of paypal for this transaction, however you will need a valid credit card.
  • 2. Unless otherwise stated in the payment page or via email to us, we will send voucher(s) to address listed on the invoice via registered mail.
  • 3. Voucher will be delivered within 7 working days after confirmation of payment.

Redemption

  • 4. Prior booking is necessary for all services. Please call number reflected on Gift Certificate/Cash Voucher (if any), or the contact number of the relevant outlet that you wish to redeem your Gift Certificate/Cash Voucher from.
  • 5. Please quote Gift Certificate/Cash Voucher type when making booking.
  • 6. Please note that certain Gift Certificates/Cash Vouchers are only available at specific outlets, that of which is listed on the certificate.

Limitations

  • 7. Cash vouchers can be used to purchase alacarte items only.
  • 8. There will be no change given if the amount reflected on the cash voucher is not fully utilised.
  • 9. Gift certificates can be used for an item that is lower than, or equal to it’s stated value. This is at the outlet’s discretion.
  • 10. Gift Certificates and/or Cash Vouchers cannot be resold, transferred for value or redeemed or exchangeable for cash or other in-kind.
  • 11. Gift Certificates/Cash Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or credit cards.

Risk of Loss

  • 12. The risk of loss of the Gift Certificates/Cash Vouchers is passed on to the purchaser/recipient once the Gift Certificate/Cash Voucher has been electronically transmitted or delivered. Once risk of loss is transferred, Refresh Bodyworks, Refresh Day Spa and Fish Spa will not be held responsible or liable for any happenings to the Gift Certificate/Cash Voucher, inclusive but not limited to loss, theft, damage and unauthorised usage.

Fraud

  • 13. In cases of fraud or suspected fraud, Refresh Bodyworks, Refresh Day Spa and Fish Spa reserves the right to render the Gift Certificate/Cash Voucher null and void till sufficient investigation has been carried out.

General Terms

  • 14. All value stated in Singapore Dollars. The management reserves the rights to decline the use of damaged vouchers. The management reserves the right to amend terms and conditions without prior notice. By purchasing/receiving/intention to use the Gift Certificate/cashVoucher, you agree to abide to the aforementioned terms and condition.
